My work has always been focused on helping clients and family members with their health and dietary habits. I have a passion for herbal medicine and finding the best formula to support the mind, body and spirit. Many years of treating my clients, family and children has given me vast experience and wisdom in the field of natural medicine.

I feel that my career choice into natural medicine was carved out for me after visiting an amazing naturopathic chiropractor, during my teenagers years after becoming ill with glandular fever. I was inspired by the lifestyle and way of being that this lovely old man lived by.

During my years studying Herbal Medicine I worked in many health food stores, learning customer relations skills and increasing my knowledge in regards to Herbal Medicine and the benefits of good nutritional supplementation. I have been involved in the natural therapy industry for over twenty years, and have been working in an award winning natural therapy clinic for over 7.5 years.

I believe in a holistic approach to healing, and work with the mind, body and spirit together to restore optimum health and vitality. ​
